6: How do I apply for Application Permits (AP) for importing rice and sugar?

Answer:

CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING
1.    Applicants must be pre-registered as purchasers of rice and sugar at the Information Technology and State Stores Department.
2.    The permit applied for must not be the same as the rice and sugar stock supplied by the Department.

INSTRUCTIONS
3.    Please fill in five (5) copies of the Control of Import & Export Application Form as attached.
4.    The Application Form must be submitted to the Department with a Covering Letter.

RELEVANT DOCUMENTS

a.    One (1) copy of business certificates : 1) Business Names Act (Bab 16): ii) Business Name Act Capt.92 (Section 17) and iii) Sijil Perakuan Penubuhan Syarikat (for first time applicants)
